بِسْمِ اللهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
In the name of Allah, with Whose name nothing can cause harm on earth nor in the heaven, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
Bismillāhilladhī lā yaḍurru ma'asmihi shay'un fīl-arḍi wa lā fis-samā'i wa Huwas-Samī'ul-'Alīm.

Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "He who says: 'Bismillāhilladhī lā yaḍurru ma'asmihi shay'un fīl-arḍi wa lā fis-samā'i wa Huwas-Samī'ul-'Alīm' (In the name of Allah, with Whose name nothing can cause harm on earth nor in the heaven, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing) three times in the morning, will not be afflicted by any calamity until the evening. And he who says it in the evening, will not be afflicted by any calamity until the morning." Sahih Muslim 2729. Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) also reported: I never missed saying these words after sunset ever since I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say them. Sahih al-Bukhari 7/150.
