In the name of Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female devils (or from impurity and harmful things).
Bismillahi, Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-khubuthi wal-khaba'ith.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, 'When any one of you wants to enter the privy, he should say: Bismillahi, Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-khubuthi wal-khaba'ith.' (Translation: In the name of Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female devils). Sahih al-Bukhari 142. In another narration, it is mentioned as 'from impurity and harmful things.'
