اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ الْجُبْنِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ أَنْ أُرَدَّ إِلَى أَرْذَلِ الْعُمُرِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الدُّنْيَا، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the trial of the Dajjal. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the trials of life and death. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from cowardice, and I seek refuge in You from being returned to the most wretched of old age. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the trials of this world, and I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min 'adhab al-qabr, wa a'udhu bika min fitnat al-masih ad-dajjal, wa a'udhu bika min fitnat al-mahya wal-ma'mat. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-juhni, wa a'udhu bika an uradda ila ardhali al-'umri, wa a'udhu bika min fitnat ad-dunya, wa a'udhu bika min 'adhab al-qabr.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to seek refuge in Allah from four things during his prayer, saying: 'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min 'adhab al-qabr, wa a'udhu bika min fitnat al-masih ad-dajjal, wa a'udhu bika min fitnat al-mahya wal-ma'mat. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-juhni, wa a'udhu bika an uradda ila ardhali al-'umri, wa a'udhu bika min fitnat ad-dunya, wa a'udhu bika min 'adhab al-qabr.' (Sahih Muslim 589). In another narration from Sahih al-Bukhari (1377), Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: 'I never saw Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) pray a prayer without saying these words after the Tashahhud, asking Allah for refuge from four things.' The wording in Bukhari is slightly different but the essence is the same, emphasizing refuge from the punishment of the grave, the torment of the Fire, the trial of the Dajjal, and the trial of life and death.
