اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفَجْأَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ مُوجِبَاتِ سَخَطِكَ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عِلْمٍ لاَ يَنْفَعُ، وَمِنْ قَلْبٍ لاَ يَخْشَعُ، وَمِنْ نَفْسٍ لاَ تَشْبَعُ، وَمِنْ دُعَاءٍ لاَ يُسْمَعُ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْهُدَى وَالتُّقَى وَالْعَفَافَ وَالْغِنَى.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the cessation of Your blessings, the reversal of Your well-being, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all of Your displeasure. I seek refuge in You from that which incurs Your displeasure, and I seek refuge in You from knowledge that does not benefit, and from a heart that is not humbled, and from a soul that is not satisfied, and from a supplication that is not heard. O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and self-sufficiency.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fuj'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik, wa a'udhu bika min mujibati sakhatik, wa a'udhu bika min 'ilmin la yanfa', wa min qalbin la yakhsha', wa min nafsil la tashba', wa min du'a'in la yusma', Allahumma inni as'alukal huda wat tuqa wal 'afafa wal ghina.

It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud that the Prophet ﷺ used to supplicate: 'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fuj'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik, wa a'udhu bika min mujibati sakhatik, wa a'udhu bika min 'ilmin la yanfa', wa min qalbin la yakhsha', wa min nafsil la tashba', wa min du'a'in la yusma'. Allahumma inni as'alukal huda wat tuqa wal 'afafa wal ghina.' (Sahih Muslim 2722). This supplication was taught by the Prophet ﷺ himself, indicating its immense importance.
