Source & Authentication
It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, when he was near death, used to hold out his hand and say: 'Glorified is Allah! Verily, for Allah is the torment of the One Who is in the heavens.' Then when his agony increased, I would take his hand and put it into his water bag, and he would wipe his face with it and say: 'Allahumma-ghfir li, wa-rhamni, wa alhiqni bir-rafiqqil-a'la' (O Allah, forgive me, have mercy upon me, and join me with the Highest Companion).
