Narrated Abu Hurairah: When the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was in a mosque, Gabriel came to him and said: 'O Muhammad, why are you resting?' He said: 'I am weary.' Gabriel said: 'Shall I tell you a hadith about the Ummah of yours?' He said: 'Yes.' Gabriel said: 'Allah the Almighty says: 'He who is insulted in front of a number of people, and he is patient and seeks refuge with Allah, Allah will suffice him against them.' Then Gabriel said: 'This is for you and for your Ummah.' Abu Hurairah said: 'When he was insulted, he would say: 'Allahummakfinihim bima shi't' (O Allah, suffice me against them with what You wish).
