O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the cessation of Your blessings, the reversal of Your protection, the suddenness of Your vengeance, and all of Your displeasure.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa faja'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik

Virtues & Benefits
This powerful dua seeks Allah's refuge from the loss of blessings, the change of well-being, and the wrath that can befall a person. When facing criticism, it helps remind us that our true source of strength and well-being is Allah. By seeking refuge, we acknowledge that external opinions, however harsh, cannot truly harm us if Allah does not permit it. This builds resilience, reduces anxiety, and fosters a reliance on Allah rather than on the approval of others. It's a shield against despair and a source of steadfastness.
