O Allah, forgive [name of deceased], have mercy upon him, grant him well-being, and pardon him. Make his resting place honorable, and his entrance spacious. Wash him with water, snow, and hail. Purify him from his sins just as a white garment is purified from dirt. Replace his home with a better home, his family with a better family, and his spouse with a better spouse. Enter him into Paradise and protect him from the punishment of the grave and the punishment of the Fire.
Allahummaghfir li [name of deceased], warhamhu, wa 'aafihi, wa'fu 'anhu, wa akrim nuzulahu, wa wassi' madkhalahu, waghsilhu bil-ma'i wath-thalji wal-baradi, wa naqqihi minal-khataaya kama yunaqqa ath-thawb al-abyadu min ad-danasi, wa abdilhu daaran khayran min daarih, wa ahlan khayran min ahlih, wa zawjan khayran min zawjih, wa adkhilhul-jannata, wa a'idhhu min 'adhab al-qabri, wa min 'adhab an-naari.

Narrated 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her): The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'When a person dies, his deeds end except for three: an ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him.' Another narration from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) states that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to teach them the supplication for the dead: 'O Allah, forgive our living and our dead, those present and those absent, our young and our old, our males and our females. O Allah, whomsoever You keep alive among us, keep him alive in Islam, and whomsoever You cause to die, cause him to die in faith. O Allah, do not deprive us of his reward, and do not cause us to go astray after him.' (Sunan Abu Dawud 3201, Sunan Ibn Majah 1498).
