O Allah, forgive him and have mercy on him, grant him well-being and pardon him, honor his resting place and make his entrance spacious. Wash him with water, snow, and hail. Purify him from sins as a white garment is purified from dirt. Grant him a home better than his home, a family better than his family, and a spouse better than his spouse. Admit him to Paradise and protect him from the punishment of the grave and the punishment of the Fire.

Narrated 'Awf bin Malik Al-Ashja'i: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) led the funeral prayer. I do not remember him praying, but he said: 'O Allah, forgive him and have mercy on him, grant him well-being and pardon him, honour his resting place and make his entrance spacious. Wash him with water, snow, and hail. Purify him from sins as a white garment is purified from dirt. Grant him a home better than his home, a family better than his family, and a spouse better than his spouse. Admit him to Paradise and protect him from the punishment of the grave and the punishment of the Fire.' He said: 'And the people said: 'And bless him too.' (And the narrator did not mention 'And bless him too.')
