اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ غَلَبَةِ الدَّيْنِ وَقَهْرِ الرِّجَالِ.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from the burden of debt and the overpowering of men.

Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ used to supplicate a lot, saying: 'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-barasi wal-junuuni wal-judhaami wa sayyi'il-asqaami.' (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from leucoderma, madness, elephantiasis, and evil diseases.) Another narration by Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) states that the Prophet ﷺ used to supplicate, saying: 'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-fitnati n-nar, wa a'udhu bika minal-'adhaabi l-qabr.'
