اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفُجْأَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the disappearance of Your blessings, and the reversal of the well-being You have granted, and the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that displeases You.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fuj'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik.

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to invoke: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the hardship of the ordeal, and the evil fate, and the evil decree, and the enemy's rejoicing over my misfortune. (And he added:) O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the decline of Your blessings, and the transfer of Your good health, and Your sudden vengeance, and all that You are angry with. (Sahih Muslim 2705)
