اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ غَلَبَةِ الدَّيْنِ وَقَهْرِ الرِّجَالِ
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from distress and sorrow, and I seek refuge in You from helplessness and laziness, and I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from the overwhelming of debt and the subjugation of men.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazani, wa a'udhu bika minal-'ajzi wal-kasali, wa a'udhu bika minal-jubni wal-bukhli, wa a'udhu bika min ghalabad-dini wa qahrir-rijali.

Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri: One day Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) entered the Masjid. He saw a man from among the Ansar called Abu Umamah. He asked: 'What is the matter with you? Why do you sit in the Masjid when it is not the time for prayer?' He replied: 'O Allah's Messenger! It is worry and debts.' He (the Prophet ﷺ) said: 'Shall I teach you a phrase that if you say it, Allah will remove your worry and clear your debts?' He said: 'Yes, (please do).' He (the Prophet ﷺ) said: 'Say in the morning and in the evening: Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazani, wa a'udhu bika minal-'ajzi wal-kasali, wa a'udhu bika minal-jubni wal-bukhli, wa a'udhu bika min ghalabatid-dini wa qahrir-rijali.' Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri said: 'I did that and Allah removed my worry and cleared my debts.' (Sahih al-Bukhari 6369)
