The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: 'When a person goes out of his house and says: Bismillahi, tawakkaltu 'alallah, wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah. It will be said to him: 'You are guided, defended and in no need of anyone.' So he will be defended from Satan and his mischief, and the devils will have no power over him.' (Sunan Abi Dawud 5095).
