Narrated by Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever says three times in the morning: *Bismillahi alladhi la yadhurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa Huwas-Samee'ul-'Aleem* (In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing can cause harm on earth or in the heavens, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing), he will not be afflicted by any sudden calamity until the evening. And whoever says it in the evening, he will not be afflicted by any sudden calamity until the morning." — Sunan Abi Dawud 5087 (Sahih)
