Narrated by Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When one of you is invited to a meal, he should accept the invitation. If he is fasting, he should pray for his hosts, and if he is not fasting, he should eat, and say: "O Allah, feed him who fed me and give drink to him who gave me drink."'
