اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيهِ وَأَطْعِمْنَا خَيْرًا مِنْهُ
O Allah, bless it for us and feed us better than it.
Allahumma barik lana feehi wa at'imna khayran minhu
When to Read
This dua is recited before starting to eat, whether it's a single person or a group, to ask Allah to bless the food and provide something even better in its place.
How to Read
Recite this dua with sincerity and a humble heart before partaking in any meal. It is usually said while placing one's hand on the food, if applicable. The intention should be to seek Allah's barakah (blessings) in the sustenance He has provided.
