اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَهَا وَخَيْرَ خِلْقَتِهَا وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهَا وَشَرِّ خِلْقَتِهَا

O Allah, I ask You for its goodness and the goodness of what it was created for, and I seek refuge in You from its evil and the evil of what it was created for.

Allahumma inni as'aluka khayraha wa khayra khilqatiha wa a'udhu bika min sharriha wa sharri khilqatiha

The full narration states: 'When food was brought to the Prophet (ﷺ), he would say: Allahumma inni as'aluka khayraha wa khayra khilqatiha wa a'udhu bika min sharriha wa sharri khilqatiha. (O Allah, I ask You for its goodness and the goodness of what it was created for, and I seek refuge in You from its evil and the evil of what it was created for).'
