بِسْمِ اللهِ. اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيمَا رَزَقْتَنَا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْزُقْنَا خَيْرًا مِنْهُ.
In the name of Allah. O Allah, bless for us in that which You have provided us, and forgive us and provide us with better than it.

Source & Authentication
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: 'When any of you eats, he should say: Bismillah. And if he forgets to say it at the beginning, he should say: Bismillah fi awwalihi wa akhirih (In the name of Allah, at the beginning of it and at the end of it).' In another narration, it is mentioned that the Prophet (peace be upon him) taught a more comprehensive dua to be said before eating: 'Bismillah. Allahumma barik lana fima razaqtana waghfir lana warzuqna khayran minhu.' (In the name of Allah. O Allah, bless for us in that which You have provided us, and forgive us and provide us with better than it.)
