The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: 'When any of you eats food, he should say: 'O Allah, bless us in it, and feed us with something better than it.' And when he is given milk, he should say: 'O Allah, bless us in it, and increase us in it, for there is nothing that can replace food and drink except milk.' (Sunan Abi Dawud 3767, Sunan Ibn Majah 3263 - graded Hasan)
