O Allah, bless us in what You have provided us, suffice us against those who can bear it [meaning, grant us enough for our needs and don't make us reliant on others for our basic sustenance], and do not make our transgressions have supporters, and do not give power over us to those who do not have mercy on us.
Allahumma barik lana fima razaqtana, waqsurana 'ala man istaṭā', wa la taj'al lifujoorina qawman, wa la tusallit 'alayna man la yarhamuna

How to Read
Recite this dua with sincerity and presence of mind after you have finished eating. It's ideal to say it after washing your hands and before engaging in other activities. It is best to say it after the meal is concluded.
Virtues & Benefits
This dua is a powerful supplication for overall well-being. By asking for blessings in our provision, we seek Allah's favor in making our sustenance pure and beneficial, which can lead to energy and good health. The part about not letting transgressions have supporters and not letting the unmerciful have power over us indirectly protects us from situations that might lead to lethargy or despair, as such circumstances can drain our spiritual and physical vitality.

(O Allah, bless us in what You have provided us, suffice us against those who can bear it, and do not make our transgressions have supporters, and do not give power over us to those who do not have mercy on us.)
