بِسْمِ اللَّهِ اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيمَا رَزَقْتَنَا وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
In the name of Allah. O Allah, bless us in what You have provided us and save us from the punishment of the Fire.
Bismillahi. Allahumma barik lana fima razaqtana waqina 'adhaban-nar.

How to Read

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: 'When any of you eats food, he should say: Bismillahi. And if he forgets to say it at the beginning, he should say: Bismillahi awwalahu wa akhirahu (In the name of Allah at the beginning and at the end).' (Sahih Muslim 2044) Another narration states: 'When any one of you eats food, he should mention Allah's name. If he forgets to mention Allah's name at the beginning, he should say: Bismillahi fi awwalihi wa akhirhi.' (Sunan Abi Dawud 3767, graded Sahih by Al-Albani)
