O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is ever effective, and Your judgment upon me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or that You have taught to any one of Your creation, or that You have revealed in Your Book, or that You have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Qur'an the spring of my heart, and the light of my chest, the banisher of my grief, and the reliever of my anxiety.
Allahumma inni 'abduka, ibn 'abdika, ibn amatik, nasiyati biyadika, madin fiyya huku'muka, 'adlun fiyya qada'uka. As'aluka bikulli ismin huwa laka sammayta bihi nafsaka, aw 'allamtahu ahadan min khalqika, aw anzaltahu fi kitadika, aw 'a'tharta bihi fi 'ilm il-ghaybi 'indaka, an taj'ala al-Qur'ana rabi'a qalbi, wa nura sadri, wa jila'a huzni, wa dhahaba hammi.

Source & Authentication
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ heard a man saying: 'O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is ever effective, and Your judgment upon me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or that You have taught to any one of Your creation, or that You have revealed in Your Book, or that You have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Qur'an the spring of my heart, and the light of my chest, the banisher of my grief, and the reliever of my anxiety.' The Prophet ﷺ said: 'Recite these words and then learn them, for the person who says this will have his grief removed by Allah, and his anxiety replaced by joy.' They said: 'O Messenger of Allah! Should we learn these words?' He replied: 'Certainly! Everyone should learn them.' (Ahmad 3701, Sahih)
