Dua for Relief from the Sting of Regret and Past Mistakes

Anxiety & Distress
Sahih HadithSahih Muslim 771

O Allah, forgive me for what I have sent forth (of deeds) and what I have delayed, for what I have concealed and what I have revealed, and for what I have exceeded. And what You know better about me than myself. You are the Advancer and the Delayer. There is no god but You.

Allahumma-ghfir li ma qaddamtu wa ma akhkhartu, wa ma asrartu wa ma a'lantu, wa ma asraftu, wa ma anta a'lamu bihi minni. Antal-muqaddimu wa antal-mu'akhkhiru. La ilaha illa ant.

Antal-muqaddimu wa antal-mu'akhkhiru. La ilaha illa ant.'
