O Allah, it is Your mercy that I hope for. So do not leave me to myself for the blink of an eye, and set all my affairs right for me. There is no god but You.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to supplicate: 'O Allah, it is Your mercy that I hope for. So do not leave me to myself for the blink of an eye, and set all my affairs right for me. There is no god but You.' (Sunan Abi Dawud 5090, Sahih Ibn Hibban 970). This hadith emphasizes the completeness of Allah's dominion and the inadequacy of human beings when left to their own devices, even for a fleeting moment.
