O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in this world and the Hereafter. O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in my religion, my worldly affairs, my family, and my wealth. O Allah, conceal my flaws and secure my fears. O Allah, protect me from before me and from behind me, from my right and from my left, and from above me. And I seek refuge in Your Greatness lest I be destroyed from beneath me.
Allahumma inni as'alukal 'afwa wal 'afiyata fid-dunya wal-akhirah. Allahumma inni as'alukal 'afwa wal 'afiyata fi deeni wa dunyaya wa ahli wa mali. Allahumma-stur 'awrati wa amin raw'ati. Allahumma-hfazni min bayni yadayya wa min khalfi wa 'an yameeni wa 'an shimali wa min fawqi, wa a'udhu bi-'azamatika an ughtala min tahti.

It's best recited after prayers, or during times of quiet reflection. Believe that Allah hears your plea and has the power to grant you strength and contentment.
Virtues & Benefits
This comprehensive dua asks Allah for 'afw (pardon) and 'afiyah (well-being, safety, good health). 'Afiyah is a vast concept encompassing protection from all forms of hardship, illness, and distress, both physically and spiritually. By asking for 'afiyah, we are essentially asking for Allah's complete care and protection. This dua directly addresses feelings of powerlessness by seeking Allah's protection from all directions and His refuge from sudden destruction, empowering the believer by connecting them to the Ultimate Protector. It cultivates patience and acceptance by focusing on divine assistance rather than solely on changing external circumstances.

Narrated by Abdullah bin 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) never abandoned these supplications: 'Allahumma inni as'alukal 'afwa wal 'afiyata fid-dunya wal-akhirah. Allahumma inni as'alukal 'afwa wal 'afiyata fi deeni wa dunyaya wa ahli wa mali. Allahumma-stur 'awrati wa amin raw'ati. Allahumma-hfazni min bayni yadayya wa min khalfi wa 'an yameeni wa 'an shimali wa min fawqi, wa a'udhu bi-'azamatika an ughtala min tahti.'
