O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is inevitable, and Your judgment concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed to anyone among Your creation, or sent down in Your Book, or kept in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Quran the springtime of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my sorrow, and the remover of my anxiety.
Allahumma inni 'abduka, ibnu 'abdika, ibnu amatik, nasiyati biyadika, madin fiyya hukkumuka, 'adlun fiyya qada'uk, as'aluka bikulli ismin huwa lak, sammayta bihi nafsak, aw 'allamtahu ahadan min khalqik, aw anzaltahu fi kitabik, aw ista'tharta bihi fi 'ilm il-ghaybi 'indak, an taj'ala al-Qur'ana rabi'a qalbi, wa nura sadri, wa jila'a huzni, wa dhahaba hammi.

Virtues & Benefits
This comprehensive dua connects the recitation to Allah's (SWT) names and attributes, highlighting the absolute reliance of the servant upon the Master. The greatest benefit lies in its direct request to make the Quran the source of peace for the heart, light for the chest, and a means to overcome sadness and worry. This reflects the Prophet Muhammad's ﷺ own reliance on the Quran for comfort.
