O Allah, I seek refuge with You from the punishment of the grave, and from the punishment of the Fire, and from the trials of life and death, and from the evil of the trial of Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min 'adhab al-qabr, wa min 'adhab an-nar, wa min fitnat al-hayaati wal-mamat, wa min sharri fitnat al-masih ad-Dajjal.

Virtues & Benefits
This dua is a comprehensive shield against four immense evils: the torment of the grave, the torment of the Hellfire, the trials of this world and the Hereafter (which encompass all forms of hardship, sin, and deviation), and the specific, great tribulation of the Antichrist (Dajjal). By seeking refuge from these, we are indirectly asking for protection from anything that could lead to shame, disgrace, or humiliation, whether in this world or the next. The Prophet ﷺ's emphasis on this dua highlights its role in safeguarding our faith and our ultimate well-being.
