اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفَجْأَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ قَلَقِ الْهَمِّ، وَسُوءِ الْمَنِيبِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُبْنِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ أَنْ أُرَدَّ إِلَى أَرْذَلِ الْعُمُرِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الدُّنْيَا، وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the decline of Your blessings, the change of Your protection, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that displeases You. And I seek refuge in You from worry and distress, and from the evil of my destination. And I seek refuge in You from cowardice. And I seek refuge in You from being returned to a decrepit old age. And I seek refuge in You from the trials of this world and the punishment of the grave.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fu'jaati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik. Wa a'udhu bika min qalaqi al-hammi, wa su'il manibi. Wa a'udhu bika minal jubbni. Wa a'udhu bika an uradda ila ardhali al-'umuri. Wa a'udhu bika min fitnatid dunya, wa 'adhabi al-qabr.

Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Amr: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ taught us a comprehensive supplication. He used to say: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the decline of Your blessings, the change of Your protection, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that displeases You. And I seek refuge in You from worry and distress, and from the evil of my destination. And I seek refuge in You from cowardice. And I seek refuge in You from being returned to a decrepit old age.
