O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of Hellfire, and from the punishment of the grave, and from the trials of life and death, and from the evil of the trial of the Masih ad-Dajjal (Antichrist).
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min 'adhabi Jahannam, wa min 'adhabi al-qabr, wa min fitnatil-mahya wal-mamat, wa min sharri fitnatil-Masihid-Dajjal.

Making this dua regularly, especially after our prayers when our hearts are most receptive, is a way to conscientiously prepare ourselves and ask Allah for protection against this ultimate tribulation.
How to Read
Recite this dua with sincere intention and a humble heart, focusing on the meaning of each phrase. It is best recited while still seated after the final taslim (salutation) of the prayer, before engaging in other activities. Raise your hands if you wish, as is customary for supplication. The emphasis is on seeking Allah's protection through His perfect names and attributes.

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet ﷺ used to supplicate: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave and from the punishment of Hellfire and I seek refuge in You from the trials of the Dajjal and from the trials of life and death.' (Sahih al-Bukhari 6306). Another narration in Sahih Muslim (589) states that the Prophet ﷺ would teach this to his companions as the Tashahhud was taught, indicating its immense importance: 'When any one of you performs his Salah, he should seek refuge in Allah from four things. He should say: O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of Hell, and I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the trial of the Dajjal, and I seek refuge in You from the trial of life and death.'
