The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Whoever says: *A'udhu bikalimatillahit-tammati min sharri ma khalaq* (I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created) - three times - will be protected from any harm that is created.' And a person like this man narrated: '...on the night from the earth.' So, he (ﷺ) said: 'It will not harm him.' Muslim narrated it in these words: 'Whoever says it three times when he has stopped in a place at night, will be protected from any harm that is created until he gets up from that place from the next morning.' And it was narrated from him (ﷺ): '...three times in the morning, and it will suffice him for the night.'
