I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His anger and His punishment, and from the evil of His creation, and from the whispers of devils, and from their presence.
A'udhu bikalimatillahit-tammati min ghadabihi wa 'iqabihi, wa min sharri 'ibadihi, wa min hamazatish-shayateeni wa an yahdurun.
When to Read

Virtues & Benefits
This powerful dua encompasses a comprehensive seeking of refuge. By reciting it, you are asking Allah for protection against His own displeasure and punishment, from the ill intentions and actions of people, and from the subtle, insidious temptations and influences of Shaytan. Reciting it after prayer is particularly potent, as you are still in a state of heightened devotion and closeness to Allah.
Source & Authentication
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught this dua. When asked what to seek refuge in, he mentioned the perfect words of Allah. This is understood to be a general protection against all forms of evil, seen and unseen. While not exclusively for after prayer, it fits perfectly into the post-Salah routine of seeking Allah's continuous care.
