Narrated by Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When one of you is invited to a meal and he accepts, he should eat what is brought to him, and should not refuse. And when he is invited, he should accept the invitation if he wishes. And when one of you eats food and says: 'All praise is due to Allah who fed me with this food and provided it without any strength on my part or any power (Allahumma at'im man at'amani, wasqi man saqani - O Allah, feed him who fed me, and give drink to him who gave me drink)' his previous sins will be forgiven.'
