Praise be to Allah, [such] abundant, pure, and blessed praise, [praise] that is indispensable, that is not bid farewell to, and that our Lord is never in need of.
Alhamdulillah hamdan katheeran tayyiban mubarakan feehi, ghaira makfiyyin wa laa mudaawwin wa la mustaghna 'anhu Rabbuna.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was with his companions, and a young boy from the Jews came serving them with food. The Prophet ﷺ took his hand and ate with him. The Prophet ﷺ said: 'Allah, the Most High, said: 'Whoever takes a path seeking knowledge, Allah will make easy for him the path to Paradise.' And whoever is made easy by his religion will have his heart filled with glad tidings. And whoever is pleased with what he has, will have ease and contentment. And whoever is not pleased, will not be pleased.' Then the Prophet ﷺ said: 'What is it that you said?' The boy said: 'Muhammad is the servant of Allah and His Messenger. Whoever says that, Allah will make him pleased with what He has.' The Prophet ﷺ said: 'Indeed, I did not speak of this, but I spoke of the praise of Allah: 'Alhamdulillah hamdan katheeran tayyiban mubarakan feehi, ghaira makfiyyin wa laa mudaawwin wa la mustaghna 'anhu Rabbuna.' (Praise be to Allah, [such] abundant, pure, and blessed praise, [praise] that is indispensable, that is not bid farewell to, and that our Lord is never in need of.)'
