Seeking Allah's Protection for the Ummah: A Comprehensive Dua

For the Ummah
Hasan HadithSunan Abi Dawud 5074

O Allah, we ask You for well-being in this world and the Hereafter. O Allah, we ask You for pardon and well-being in our religion and worldly affairs, and for our families and our wealth. O Allah, conceal our shortcomings and calm our fears. O Allah, protect us from before us and from behind us, from our right and from our left, and from above us. And we seek refuge in Your Magnificence from being struck from beneath us.

Allahumma inna nas'aluka mu'afatan fid-dunya wal-akhirah. Allahumma inna nas'aluka al-'afwa wal-'afiyata fi deenina wa dunyaana, wa ahlina wa maalina. Allahumma-stur 'awraatina wa aamin raw'aataana. Allahumma-hfazna min bayni aydeena wa min khalfina, wa 'an aymaannina wa 'an shamaa'ilna, wa min fawqina, wa na'udhu bi-'azamatika an nughtaala min tahtina.

O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in my religion and my worldly affairs, and my family and my wealth. O Allah, conceal my flaws and make me feel secure from distress.
