O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my hearing, from the evil of my sight, from the evil of my tongue, from the evil of my heart, and from the evil of my semen (or my decisive actions).
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min sharri sam'i, wa min sharri basari, wa min sharri lisani, wa min sharri qalbi, wa min sharri maniyyi.

A heart free from hypocrisy is a pure heart, essential for the collective strength and sincerity of the Ummah. The Prophet ๏ทบ mentioned that the signs of a hypocrite are three: when he speaks, he lies; when he promises, he breaks it; and when he is trusted, he betrays his trust (Sahih al-Bukhari 33, Sahih Muslim 589). This dua is a proactive measure against falling into such characteristics.
