'Abd al-Rahman reported that Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) most frequently used to say when he woke up in the morning: 'Allahumma inni as'aluka 'ilman nafi'an, wa rizqan tayyiban, wa 'amalan mutaqabbalan. (O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provision, and accepted deeds). And when he woke up in the evening, he would say the same. And when he went to bed, he would say: O Allah, protect me from hell-fire and from the punishment of the grave.
