اللَّهُمَّ إنَّا نَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفُجَاءَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ، اللَّهُمَّ إنَّا نَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ هَدْمِ الْبِنَاءِ، وَسُوءِ الْقَضَاءِ، وَشَمَاتَةِ الأَعْدَاءِ، اللَّهُمَّ إنَّا نَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْهَرَمِ، وَالْبُخْلِ، وَنَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْقَبْرِ، وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ، وَمِنْ شَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْغِنَى، وَنَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْفَقْرِ، وَنَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ، اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَنَا خَطَايَانَا وَذُنُوبَنَا، وَأَخْلِصْ نِيَّاتِنَا، وَارْزُقْنَا الْعِلْمَ النَّافِعَ وَالْعَمَلَ الصَّالِحَ.
O Allah, indeed we seek refuge in You from the decline of Your blessings, the change of Your protection, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all of Your displeasure. O Allah, indeed we seek refuge in You from the destruction of building, and the evil of destiny, and the rejoicing of the enemies. O Allah, indeed we seek refuge in You from helplessness and laziness, cowardice and old age, and stinginess. And we seek refuge in You from the trials of the grave, and the punishment of the grave, and from the evil of the trials of wealth, and we seek refuge in You from the evil of the trials of poverty, and we seek refuge in You from the evil of the trials of the False Messiah (Dajjal). O Allah, forgive us our mistakes and our sins, and purify our intentions, and bestow upon us beneficial knowledge and righteous deeds.
Allahumma inna na'udhu bika min zawali ni'matika, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatika, wa faja'ati niqmatika, wa jamee'i sakhatik, Allahumma inna na'udhu bika min hadm-il-binaa', wa suu'-il-qadaa', wa shamaatat-il-a'daa'. Allahumma inna na'udhu bika minal-'ajzi wal-kasali, wal-jubni wal-harami, wal-bukhl. Wa na'udhu bika min fitnat-il-qabri, wa 'adhab-il-qabri, wa min sharri fitnat-il-ghinaa', wa na'udhu bika min sharri fitnat-il-faqr, wa na'udhu bika min sharri fitnat-il-masih-id-dajjal. Allahumma ighfir lana khataayana wa dhunubana, wa akhlis niyyatana, warzuqnal-'ilm-an-nafi'a wal-'amal-as-salih.

‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to teach them to seek refuge in Allah in the following words from the trial of the Dajjal: "O Allah, we seek refuge in You from the trial of the Dajjal." He said: "O Allah, we seek refuge in You from the punishment of the Hellfire, and we seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and we seek refuge in You from the trial of the Dajjal, and we seek refuge in You from the trial of life and the trial of death." And ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and some men from his Companions used to say these words and make this supplication." Another narration adds: "O Allah, we seek refuge in You from the decline of Your blessings, the change of Your protection, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all of Your displeasure. O Allah, we seek refuge in You from helplessness and laziness, cowardice and old age, and stinginess.
