رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي وَاحْلُلْ عُقْدَةً مِّن لِّسَانِي يَفْقَهُوا قَوْلِي
My Lord, expand for me my breast [with assurance] and make easy for me my task and untie the knot from my tongue that they may understand my speech.

Virtues & Benefits
This dua, taught by Allah to Musa (peace be upon him) when he was commanded to confront Pharaoh, is a powerful request for clarity, ease, and understanding in communication. By reciting it, we ask Allah to: grant us inner peace and confidence (shraḥ lī ṣadrī), make our endeavors smooth and manageable (yassir lī amrī), and remove any impediments to our speech so our message is clear and understood by others (wa-ḥlul 'uqdatan min lisānī yafqahū qawlī). This encompasses winning hearts through truthful and eloquent speech, and minds through clear and persuasive arguments, all by the grace of Allah.
