O Allah, I ask You for its good and the good of what You have created it with, and I seek refuge in You from its evil and the evil of what You have created it with.
Allahumma inni as'aluka khairaha wa khaira ma jabaltaha 'alayh, wa a'udhu bika min sharriha wa sharri ma jabaltaha 'alayh

Virtues & Benefits
This dua, when made for a spouse, embodies the prophetic guidance of seeking the best for one another. It acknowledges that Allah is the Creator and Controller of all affairs, including the personalities and inclinations of individuals. By asking for the 'good' of your spouse and the 'good' of what Allah has fashioned them with, you are essentially praying for their contentment, righteousness, and a harmonious existence together. Seeking refuge from 'evil' is a protection for them and for your relationship, asking Allah to shield them from negative influences or personal shortcomings that could lead to loneliness or discord.

When the Prophet (ﷺ) married Safiyyah bint Huyayy, he said: 'I have married Safiyyah bint Huyayy, the daughter of Huyayy bin Akhtab. She is nothing but a servant of Allah, so if she does anything against my will, then she will be divorced (i.e. she will have three chances of divorce like other women).' Then he said: 'O Allah, I ask You for its good and the good of what You have created it with, and I seek refuge in You from its evil and the evil of what You have created it with.'
