O Allah, I ask You for a righteous, strong, and patient spouse who will be a support and a strength for me in this world and the next, who reminds me when I forget, and helps me when I remember, and strengthens my faith.
Allahumma inni as'aluka zawjan salihan, qawiyyan, sabiran, yakunu li 'awnan wa sanadan fid-dunya wal-akhirah, yudhakiruni idha nasitu, wa yu'inuni idha dhakartu, wa yuqawwi imani.

Virtues & Benefits
Seeking a righteous spouse is encouraged in Islam, as they can be a means of attaining Allah's pleasure and facing life's challenges together. A supportive spouse can be a mirror to our own shortcomings, a motivator to do good, and a source of comfort during hardship. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: 'The world is a provision, and the best provision of the world is the righteous wife.' (Sahih Muslim 1466). This dua seeks a partner who embodies the best qualities, helping you remain steadfast in your faith and deeds.
