Narrated Hudhaifah (may Allah be pleased with him): Whenever the Prophet (peace be upon him) got up for the night (to pray), he would say: "Allah Akbar! Glory be to Allah! All praise is due to Allah. There is no god but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest!" Then he would say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the Fire, and from the punishment of the grave." And when he awoke from his sleep, he would say: "All praise is due to Allah Who revived us after causing us to die, and to Him is the [final] return." [Sahih al-Bukhari 6306]
