بِسْمِكَ رَبِّـي وَضَعْتُ جَنْبِـي، وَبِكَ أَرْفَعُـهُ إِنْ أَمْسَكْتَ نَفْسِـي، فَاغْفِرْ لِي إِنْ أَمْسَكْتَهَا، وَارْحَمْهَا. وَإِنْ أَرْسَلْتَهَا فَاحْفَظْهَا بِمَا تَحْفَظُ بِـهِ عِبَادَكَ الصَّالِحِينَ.
