O Allah, the Restorer of the lost, and the Guide of the stray, guide me to my lost item, and restore it to me by Your power and authority, for it is from Your giving and Your bounty.

Allahumma radad-dallati, wa hadiyad-dallati, ihdini 'ala dallati, rudda-ha 'alayya bi qudratika wa sultanik, fa innaha min 'ata'ika wa fadlik

Source & Authentication

Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to teach them (i.e., the companions) to supplicate in order to regain what is lost, saying: Allahumma radad-dallati, wa hadiyad-dallati, ihdini 'ala dallati, rudda-ha 'alayya bi qudratika wa sultanik, fa innaha min 'ata'ika wa fadlik. (O Allah, the Restorer of the lost, and the Guide of the stray, guide me to my lost item, and restore it to me by Your power and authority, for it is from Your giving and Your bounty).
