In the name of Allah, with Whose name nothing can harm in the earth nor in the heaven, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.

Narrated by Abdullah ibn 'Amr (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'No person says when morning comes three times: ‘Bismillahil-ladhi la yadhurru ma’asmihi shay’un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama’i wa huwas-Samee’ul-Aleem’ (In the name of Allah, with Whose name nothing can harm in the earth nor in the heaven, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing), but he will not be afflicted by sudden calamity until the evening comes; and whoever says it when evening comes, he will not be afflicted by sudden calamity until the morning comes.'
