In Your name, my Lord, I lay down my side, and in Your name I raise it. If You should take my soul, then have mercy upon it. And if You release it, then protect it with what You protect Your righteous servants.
Bismika Rabbi wadha'tu janbi, wa bika arfa'uhu. In amsakta nafsi farhamha, wa in arsaltaha fahfadh'ha bima tahfadh'hu bihi 'ibadak as-salihin.

Source & Authentication
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (ﷺ) used to say when he went to bed: 'O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and all that they overshadow, Lord of the seven earths and all that they contain, Lord of the devils and all whom they lead astray, Lord of the winds and all that they scatter! I beg of You protection against the evil of this night and the evil of what comes after it. I seek refuge in You from the lion, from the serpent, from the scorpion, from the serpent, from the deadly poison, from the evil of those who cause destruction, and from the evil of the jinn and mankind, and from the evil of anything You have not warned me against. I seek refuge in Your perfect words from the evil of what You have created.' Then he would say: 'Bismika Rabbi wadha'tu janbi, wa bika arfa'uhu. In amsakta nafsi farhamha, wa in arsaltaha fahfadh'ha bima tahfadh'hu bihi 'ibadak as-salihin.' (In Your name, my Lord, I lay down my side, and in Your name I raise it. If You should take my soul, then have mercy upon it. And if You release it, then protect it with what You protect Your righteous servants).
