اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ أَذْهِبْ الْبَاسَ اشْفِهِ وَأَنْتَ الشَّافِي لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا
O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove the affliction and grant healing. You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, a healing that leaves no illness behind.

The Prophet ﷺ would often recite this dua while placing his right hand on the area of ailment. You can emulate this beautiful sunnah by placing your right hand on any area of discomfort or simply over your chest while reciting. * **For yourself:** Recite the dua, and you may adapt the pronoun to 'ishfini' (اشْفِنِي - heal me) if you wish, or keep 'ishfihi' as a general prayer for healing. * **For someone else:** Recite 'ishfihi' (اشْفِهِ - heal him) for a male, or 'ishfiha' (اشْفِهَا - heal her) for a female. Maintain a state of purity (wudu) if possible, and recite with deep sincerity, understanding the profound meaning of each word. Your heart should be filled with **tawakkul** (reliance on Allah) and **yaqeen** (certainty) that only Allah is the true Healer.
