Sahih Muslim (Book 39, Hadith 5774) narrated Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ had a headache, he would recite Mu'awwidhat (Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas) and blow (on himself). And when his pain became severe, I (Aisha) used to recite them and wipe him with his own hand, seeking its blessing.
