O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne, be my protector from the evil of the sky, the evil of the earth, the evil of the devils, the evil of all evil-doers, and the evil of every creature You seize by the forelock. Indeed, my Lord is on a straight path. O Allah, Your forces are more numerous than them, they are more insignificant than Your devil, You are more generous than Your giving, better than Your decree, wiser than Your judgment, more protective than some of Your creation. Your might cannot be challenged, Your eyes do not sleep, Your dominion is everlasting, Your attributes are enduring, Your command is irresistible, and no wealth can benefit its owner from You. O Allah, suffice me from the evil of what You have decreed, for You decree and none can decree against You, and no wealth can benefit its owner from You. Glory be to You, blessed and exalted are You.
