اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفُجَاءَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the cessation of Your blessings, the reversal of Your well-being, the suddenness of Your retribution, and all that displeases You.

Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fuj'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ used to seek refuge in Allah with these words: 'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fuj'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik.' (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the cessation of Your blessings, the reversal of Your well-being, the suddenness of Your retribution, and all that displeases You.)
