O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove the suffering, heal him (or her), You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, a healing that leaves no ailment behind.
Allahumma Rabb an-nas, adh-hib al-ba's, ishfi Anta ash-Shafi, la shifa'a illa shifa'uka, shifaa'an la yughadiru saqaman.

Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) reported: When the Messenger of Allah ๏ทบ was ill, he would recite over himself the Mu'awwidhat (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas) and when his illness increased, I used to recite them over him and rub his hand with my right hand, seeking its blessing. When he became critically ill, I would recite them over him and wipe his hand with my hand, seeking its (Allah's) blessing. I asked Al-Zuhri: "How did the Prophet ๏ทบ use to recite?" He replied: "He used to blow over himself with these words..." (Sahih al-Bukhari 5743). The version in Sahih Muslim (2191) is narrated by Abdullah ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) who said: The Prophet ๏ทบ visited a sick person and said: "O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove the suffering, heal him, for You are the Healer. There is no healing but Your healing, a healing that leaves no ailment behind."
